Educating the medical and general communities about the uses and benefits of banked human milk is an important part of our mission. We have spoken at conferences and in service training sessions throughout New England, including La Leche League, Partners in Perinatal Health, Rhode Island Breastfeeding Coalition, New Hampshire Breastfeeding Task Force, Pioneer Valley Breastfeeding Task Force, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, Lowell General Hospital, and others.If your hospital, breastfeeding or parenting group or professional organization would like to learn more about human milk banking, please contact us at education@milkbankne.org to schedule a time.
